I recently stayed at QT Singapore and had a wonderful experience. I’d like to give a special thanks to one of the front desk staff — a tall gentleman with glasses — for his outstanding service. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and made me feel very welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel room itself was beautifully designed, with a unique and stylish touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. It was also very comfortable and well-equipped. Highly recommend this hotel for both the service and the overall experience!
Booked my first ever staycation in Singapore and couldn't have picked a better place. We chose the QT for it's chic decor, location, and dog friendly attitude. We received an incredibly warm welcome from staff and the room did not disappoint. Our suite superseded all expectations. The room was huge and the bath tub is unlike anything I've ever seen - stunning! The room included every detail imaginable to make our pup feel at home - food bowls, canine shampoo, pee pads, toys, the works! Despite being a passionate dog owner, I valued the care they had to other patrons experience and their respectful approach to my needs but also that of other guests. We enjoyed the pool and rooftop for food and drinks. All very accommodating to our various dietary restrictions.
Disappointing Stay – Not Up to 5-Star Standards I stayed at QT Hotel Singapore as a solo traveler and unfortunately, the experience fell well short of what I’d expect from a 5-star property. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt ice cold. The staff rarely greeted guests, and there was a general lack of warmth or hospitality throughout my stay. The lobby, which should create a welcoming first impression, was constantly being used as luggage storage. It was hard to ignore the mountain of suitcases piled up every time I entered — something I would have expected to be kept out of sight in a secure, designated room. The room itself was nicely designed and equipped with all the necessary amenities, which I appreciated. However, I was placed in a connecting room and could hear everything from the guests next door — music, conversations, you name it — until well past 3 AM. Not exactly ideal for a restful night’s sleep. Another disappointment was the lack of turndown service. For a hotel that markets itself at this level, it was surprising not to see this offered. Additionally, room service trays often sat in the hallway for the entire day before being cleared, which detracted from the overall sense of cleanliness and care. QT Singapore has potential, especially in terms of room design, but the service and attention to detail are nowhere near 5-star standard. Hospitality should feel warm and thoughtful — unfortunately, that was missing here.
