Quality Gold Suit Hotel

The question is; what would you expect from a hotel you want to stay at? I would say STAFF would make a huge differences. Yes it's a boutique hotel but from the first day until now as we are still here at the hotel cos we decided to extend until the 10th June, we absolutely loved everything about this hotel. When we kindly asked to upgrade our room, they gave us such comfortable room with a separate sitting area and sleeping room with a balcony was amazing. The selection of breakfast was included and really enjoyed it, then different kind of Turkish soup as branch was offered free, also can order very tasty A La Carte food from the menu with way reasonable than any restaurants out there, so Chef HÜSEYİN was behind of all these great tastes. People at the reception; lady called MUHSINE was absolutely top class, she knows how to approach to customers for any reason no matter what... very calm, kind, well knowledge and experienced but the way she talks to you with such a lovely smile makes feel like you are at your home. MUSTAFA and EMRE both who sometimes at the reception, you would never see any changes on their face, they got that innocent face but both know how to deal with anything you want from him. Then these other two at the bar, DURMUS and ERSAN been absolutely brilliant, chatty with great knowledge how to deal with the bar, drinks and what customer would expect to drink.. both just want to make sure everything they serve would be the best for us and they always does best which always makes you happy and enjoy it. How about those who cleaned our room every single day; Mr SERKAN, Ms GÜL and Ms HURİYE, all there done fantastic job, kept our room always clean and fresh.. During our time at Quality Gold Hotel, we truly got to see how challenging these jobs can be—and yet, every single person I interacted with did their job with a big smile and such genuine kindness. That’s when I realized: what really defines the quality of a hotel isn’t just how many stars it has, but how much the people who work there love what they do—and how warmly they make you feel that. So I just want to say a big thank you to the amazing staff at Quality Gold Hotel

I genuinely appreciate the outstanding quality and exceptional service at Quality Gold Suit Hotel in Antalya. The staff and management were incredibly friendly, highly professional, and always attentive. Traveling from London, I was impressed by how quickly they arranged a beautiful suite apartment for me. Truly excellent hospitality. Highly recommended.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Quality Gold Suit Hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. My room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was also very convenient and easy to reach. I would definitely consider staying here again during my next visit to Antalya. Highly recommended!
