Great, beautiful, clean hotel with helpful staff, incredible views, right on the seafront, nice rooms with nice bathrooms, a good shower and super comfortable beds. 24 hour snack kiosk, decent breakfast buffet and a good gym room. I highly recommend this hotel. Get a room with a sea view if possible😍.
The front desk receptionist, Tuva, is not a professional. The hospitality is not very well understood by this hotel. If you are looking for a warm welcomed, kind stuff, and professionalism; this hotel is not for you! I do not suggest this hotel. They need a series of training and education to learn what the hospitality is.
How terrible their service is!!! There is a cleaning lady, opened our door directly without knocking, at 8:00am in the morning. And she found we were inside the room, then she closed door without saying anything!!! We didn’t book any room service, and we arrived late the night before so 8am is exactly the time we still sleeping. The room is tiny, the soundproofing is very bad, you can clearly hear the neighbors. There is no facial tissue at this 4star hotel!
