Thank you, Mario, for assisting us—it was one of the best experiences we've had. The food was amazing, both breakfast and lunch. We truly appreciated everything. ❤️
This place is outstanding. The buffet is out of this world and the grounds and pool were great too.
This is not a 5 star hotel. At best, it is a 3.5 stars. With that said, I paid 3.5 star prices for a two night stay during the week. The good Free transport service from the high speed rail station to the hotel Nicely decorated for the holiday season Helpful and friendly staff Free infant amenities which included a crib with bedding, baby bath tub and bottle sterilizer. Helped us hire private transport during our stay to accommodate our large party and infant car seat. The bad/meh Lacking in maintenance. Tarnished fixtures, dust build up, missing letters on signage. sad looking grass in the outdoor space. their outdoor space is really beautiful and relaxing. that is, until you see banquet chairs stacked high and extra tables that are so dusty that people have drawn animals into them. Breakfast was meh. We went down later one day, around 8:30, and things were already not being stocked or turned over. empty dishes, stale bread. We went down at 8am the next day and it seemed a little better. None of the usual toiletry amenities the provided shampoo and conditioner didn't match which isn't bad, but weird. Blinds in the rooms. So much dust. The ugly incessant blinking smoke detector light on the ceiling all night long the first infant crib we got had stripped screws so the frame was falling apart. the second crib they brought us had the wheel fall off while housekeeping pushed it into our room. finally the third one looked serviceable and not a death trap. confusing, loud air conditioning that never seemed to get the temperature right. A couple caveats for this review. we came in the off season and didn't visit their pools, spa or gym. we dined at the buffet, japanese restaurant and Chinese restaurant, mostly because there are no other dining options nearby. they were decent. We had a good stay but it could have been better if the hotel was cared for with a little more heart and better maintained.
