I had an amazing stay, and one of the biggest reasons was the front office staff. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The front desk handled everything smoothly, from check-in to giving helpful information about the area. One staff member in particular stood out with her calm presence, patience, and attention to detail. You could really feel she cared, not just doing her job, but actually making guests feel at home. Her smile and way of speaking just set the tone for the whole stay.
We stayed in the family room and it was very comfortable, quiet, neat, and clean. Perfect for kids! The swimming pool was also clean and well-maintained. The TV had YouTube access, which was great for our family. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is strategic, close to many places and easy to reach. Highly recommended for a relaxing family stay..
the hotel was great too, clean rooms, cozy ambiance, and good amenities, but honestly, it was the front office service that made this stay special. you don’t always get that kind of personal touch these days. will definitely come back. 10/10 service!
