A clean hotel with a great location for your stay in Fukuoka. Pros: - location is very good in Tenjin. Close to Tenjin station - close to shopping and restaurants - rooms were clean - easy check in and check out Cons: - small rooms and not much space to open luggage - customer service is hit or miss. Some days the front desk receptionist were nice but others times cold - elevator is slow - weak bathroom ventilation - window view is bad - lights are very dim - not all lot of plugs available - thin walls and we can hear banging on the walls Overall, the location is ideal

Pros: Great location which is near to Tenjin Station and bus stops. There’s a space to unpack your luggage in your room(mine was carry-on baggage). You can open the window(but no window screen). Cons: Restroom is so small. It feels like there’s a restroom booth in the room like a portable toilet(but i think it’s better than a small bedroom). People over 170cm will have to keep their backs down. The duvet keeps falling down while sleeping. The duvet and the cover were completely separated and i still don’t understand why they use such a duvet.

Be very careful when booking on Agoda, it clearly states I can cancel free of charge before 22 June 25, but when I want to cancel on 13 Mar 25, I have to pay 50% penalty! When I try to request for free cancellation, they rejected my request. The twin room is damn small & full of hazards, no free bottled water given. The entry to bathroom had got a step, tripped a few times! The bathtub is damn high, I am 170cm tall, already had problems crossing over the bathtub!
