We stayed here for business visit. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We ordered dine in food very late at around 11.30pm and they took 30 mins to serve us the food and it was very good. The breakfast buffet had good spread and liked it. I just spent the night there and the experience was good.

I’m currently staying at Radisson Bhopal and overall, it’s a fantastic hotel. The property is beautiful, the food is excellent, and the staff is extremely polite and hardworking. However, I feel deeply disappointed by the behavior of some of the guests staying here. This morning, I went to use the swimming pool, but to my shock, I saw people jumping into the pool in their regular clothes, completely ignoring the hotel’s swimming pool rules. It wasn’t just one person — it was a group, and sadly, they had no respect for the facility, the staff, or other guests. The pool attendant was politely and repeatedly asking them to follow the rules, but these guests simply chose to ignore him. It’s shameful and embarrassing to see grown adults behave this way. Me and my husband chose not to enter the pool because the water was visibly dirty, and it just didn’t feel safe or hygienic anymore. To those guests: you should be ashamed of yourselves. You disrespected the hotel, the staff, and fellow guests who came here to enjoy responsibly. I do have photos, but I’m not sharing them here to protect privacy. My request to Radisson: please enforce stricter pool rules. Your staff is doing their best, but they need support to handle such irresponsible people. Aside from this incident, our stay so far has been excellent, and I truly appreciate the hotel and its services. I just hope no other guest has to face this in the future.

*Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Price or the Reputation* I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this so-called 5-star hotel, Radisson Blu, Bhopal has been nothing short of appalling. I had booked a Junior Suite for a 15-day stay, paying ₹60,000 in advance, expecting at least basic cleanliness and sanitization. Unfortunately, what I received was the complete opposite. The room and bathroom were in a shockingly unhygienic condition upon arrival. There was hair at the corner back of the gate, so much dust inside the wardrobe, and when I asked the staff to remove the mat from the floor which was already covered in thick dust and whatnot, we found dry rose petals and a Roach lying inside the mat. The glass and mirror inside the bathroom had names written all over them (which got visible when we filled the bucket with hot water) Clearly, no proper cleaning had been done despite knowing a guest (with young children) was checking in for a 15 days stay. For a hotel that claims luxury standards, this was absolutely unacceptable. Even though the Duty Manager at that time was extremely apologetic, he asked us to move to another room and ensured me they'll look into the matter, it couldn't change the impression we got because of the obvious reasons. To make matters worse, when I raised these issues at the front desk next day, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from a receptionist named *Ramsha*, who in the first place had done the booking for us over the call and had recieved the payments made. Instead of acknowledging the complaint or offering assistance, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her by expecting basic hygiene and respect. Her response to my complaint was "It is not my area to look into". Also, that pathetic lady was reeking of smoke (ciggerate). We were standing at the reception with our kids but it didn't seem to bother any of the other staff present there. This lady *Ramsha* who lacked basic manners and etiquettes of hygeine didn't bother to even apologise when we, the guests (staying in Jr. Suite room), conveyed our discomfort with the smell. This is not how guests should be treated at any hotel—let alone one that charges premium rates. (The only person who seemed genuine and actually cares for the guest is *Chef Shivam*. Our thanks to him!) I requested to meet the General Manager to resolve the matter, but shockingly, there was no follow-up or attempt to even meet in person. That level of indifference from the management is telling, It’s one thing for staff to drop the ball, but when leadership refuses to step in, it shows a systemic issue in how this hotel treats its guests. I mean are these people only available for famous celebrities and politicians who would stay in their Hotel? Wouldn't it be nice if the GM could actually look into the conditions of the room himself, every now and then? Overall, my experience has been deeply disappointing and has left a sour impression. I regret choosing this place and would not recommend it to anyone seeking a clean, professional and positive stay. Save your money and your peace of mind—look for other options in the City who would actually care about their guests (famous, or not).
