Radisson Blu Hotel Amman Galleria Mall

I had the most wonderful experience at the Day Spa at Radisson Blu Galleria in Amman. Lea provided professional and amazing service she truly went above and beyond to make my treatment relaxing and enjoyable. She was so friendly and had a great smile on her face the whole time I was there. Her skills and attention to detail were exceptional. Well done Lea. A big thank you as well to Sarah at the front desk, who greeted me with a warm smile and gave me excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. Her friendly and welcoming approach set the tone for a perfect visit. Just a friendly suggestion regarding having music playing in the background would be an even nicer atmosphere. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for top-quality service and a relaxing atmosphere.

had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was clean and well-maintained, and I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout the entire place. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The service was excellent – especially thanks to Sand, mumamad grah and fade ,who was incredibly helpful and kind. He made sure everything went smoothly and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended – I’d definitely come back!

I had a very disappointing stay at the Radisson Blu Amman hotel, which is supposedly rated 5 stars. Firstly, one of the towels was very dirty with long, disgusting hairs on it, and when I showed the picture to the receptionist, her response was dismissive: "No problem, we will change it for you." The minibar was completely empty, and the fridge was also empty, which was quite inconvenient. Plus, the location is in the middle of a popular noisy area. The breakfast was very poor, offering only three kinds of cheese, which is far below the expectations of a 5-star establishment. Additionally, the outdoor pool was closed in the middle of August, which was very disappointing and not what I expected from a luxury hotel. Overall, this hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating. In my opinion, it is closer to a 3-star experience. I expected much better service and amenities for the price paid. Would not recommend for anyone seeking true 5-star quality.
