What a good surprise. Other than the location, everything is perfect at this Radisson. The hotel provides everything required for a great stay.. nice rooms, good gym, nice pool , great breakfast and good food at the restaurants. The level of the service is also good. Definitely a great place to stay and I strongly recommend it.

Our concierge, Mr. Sitraka, made our stay truly remarkable giving one of the best service experiences we've ever had. At our check in, we got well oriented about things to do in the area, all restaurants nearby and what we should do to travel safe in Tana. The most impressing was how he and the hotel followed up on my missing luggage from our flight trip. He called the ground handling firm at the airport each day to follow up on the lost luggage and updated me afterwards. When it arrived at Antananarivo Airport Mr. Sitraka drove straight away to get it for me. Later in the evening he delivered it to our hotel room. Excellent service.

A really great hotel in an ok area. Rooms are spacious, very clean and have everything you need. Bathrooms are great too. We had the Junior Suite and it was great. The staff are very friendly, speak English, French and Malagasy, so it is easy to communicate. Things that can be improved on: the speed of service. We had a few instances where it took staff a while to bring water to the room or to make a coffee at the bar, but I think it is more of a nation-wide attitude of "not rushing". All else was exemplary.
