The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff ensured we felt comfortable right away. A special thank you to Isha Utsav and Deepsika for their exceptional service — their warm and professional attitude made a real difference to our experience. The room was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy, peaceful ambiance — perfect for a couple’s stay. The housekeeping team deserves a mention for maintaining such high standards. Food at the hotel was also delightful. Every meal we had was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was fresh and satisfying.
