I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything I needed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and relaxing perfect for both work and rest. A special shoutout to Careen i guess she’s just a trainee , but she truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. She was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. her hospitality made a big difference. Thank you to the entire team and especially Careen for the great service. 3 days stay during a business trip. Comfortable rooms and good food did the right and expected thing, help me relax and unwind. Staff are attentive and warm. Rooms are well appointed. Higher floors offer good view of the greenery behind the property. Buffet spread is good and the tastes are appealing.specially mentioned Mrs.Nibedita from the laundry team,She give special care of my clothes,her service was professional and friendly, Overall, I'd highly recommended... thank you for the wonderful service.
