Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva

This was my first time visiting Vilnius, Lithuania and also my first stay at the Radisson. I was a bit nervous at first since it was a brand-new country for me, but this hotel truly exceeded all expectations. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience! Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. A special thanks to Romas (I hope I’m remembering his name correctly) who made both my check-in and check-out smooth and professional, he was thoughtful and attentive throughout. The breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety. My room was in perfect condition and had the most amazing view, which was honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay. I also visited the Sky Bar, even though the kitchen was closed(after 10pm), the server kindly offered me a small snack, which I really appreciated. The location is fantastic too. Right by a beautiful river, close to the Old Town, and surrounded by great restaurants and more. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back , especially since I’m already planning another visit to Vilnius in November!

We really enjoyed our stay. Being a member seems to pay off as you get a free room upgrade. They have also offered complimentary cheese, coffee and water in the room. The location is central in a very vibrant area. One thing we kept noticing during our stay is that it smelled really nice in the whole hotel. Whatever perfume they are using - I loved it. The breakfast was good, but rather busy with people. As we were just two, it was easy to find the place but I assume it was rather hard for the families. The hotel management got creative and offered the guests to come at 11am to be served premium breakfast with a mimosa :D.. We declined, but hey - A for effort. I would also say that the staff was trying their best to accommodate everyone and cleaned really quickly after the guests who left. The other negative thing was that we were given only one bathrobe despite booking for two people in the room, and the could not get another one as the bathrobe delivery apparently did not arrive. For this reason, we couldn’t really enjoy the wellness area together. I would recommend to introduce time-slot booking for the wellness area so that more guests can enjoy it. One of us that actually could go there said that the jacuzzi was occupied by the same company of guests for a long time. But this didn’t affect our stay and as said, we enjoyed it!

I like that the location was right next to a mall as we got our luggage lost by LOT Polish airlines. And the views were to die for. The phone wasn't working, which shouldnt be the case for such a place. Also the check in line was 30 minutes, no joke! They need to increase check in staff during peak times like that. It's a huge building... It needs to commensurate with staff. The breakfast spread was really good. I only gave it 3 stars for service as I forgot stuff in the fridge, like some beauty products and 300usd contact lenses out on the table. When I called, they said they found nothing. Again, for a place like this... They should have found it and put it away. Mind you... I called at the end of the day.
