Suzanne i think there were two ladies with glasses who worked on the room,they do great job,by and large you could do better with your charging ports.I think a hotel of this level shoyod also have dental kit in rooms
Everything was good except the room service which did not clean my room the 1 and 2 nd day until I claimed it but part of that all the stay was excellent and especially the business lounge and the host Patty who is an adorable lady and very helpful and always smiling and welcoming.
As an experienced flight attendant who stayed many different hotels around the world, this is the worst experience i have ever had. When i got up early in the morning, there was no electricity, no water, no phone connection to call and get information from the front desk, no internet connection, and after hours first the water and electricity came then the poorest internet connection in the world came which is very bad and you even can't open and access google...and I was much more disappointed when I got up and noticed that they even didn’t changed the bed sheet. Just have a look at the photos I’m sharing. The towel in the bathroom is also not very clean and the water from the tap just have a look. if you planning to come this hotel, you just think 100000 thousand times…(and while I’m about to share this about this hotel, there is again no electricity!!!!!!)this must be really a joke….
