Radisson Blu Park Hotel Oslo

Located near to my office, hence selected this place. Excellent locality, serene neighborhood. Excellent service. Nice rooms, had a very good sleep there. Wide range in breakfast is appreciable. What I liked most calm and quite atmosphere and nice walk around the park, beside the hotel.

A simple, no-frills hotel that is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We stayed one night, enjoyed everything, and had a great sleep before a long journey

We stayed at this hotel from 15.07. to 18.07. It was the first time we stayed at a Radisson hotel. We had high expectations for this level of hotels. Our stay was greatly disappointed by the rude attitude of the waitress at breakfast. 17.08 we came for breakfast with my son (13 years old). I had not finished breakfast yet and went to get coffee. When I returned my plates were gone. I went to the waitress and said that I had not finished and that you need to ask the guest before taking away the plates. Then she came to our table and started telling me that I have no right to tell her how to work. Then she accused my son that it was his fault and that he hadn't told her anything. Out of surprise, he asked her for forgiveness and said that everything happened so quickly that he didn't have time to react. I was shocked! I think she acted unprofessionally and did not ask the guest. Especially since the guest was at the table. Because of this attitude, my son refused to have breakfast the next day and we were forced to have breakfast in the city in a cafe. It was very unpleasant! I gave it 3 stars only because of the comfortable beds in the room and the friendly reception staff. The reception staff is really professional. Conclusion - would we want to return to this hotel? No!
