Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Mysore

We had a very pleasant stay at Radisson hotel with my family. We loved the place, hygienic environment, great ambiance and pool experience, and good variety of breakfast options for the buffet. Overall an excellent stay experience and very cooperative staffs. Rooms were all clean and very well maintained.

The hotel has a great location with beautiful views and solid infrastructure. The lobby is well-designed with comfortable seating, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were friendly and supportive, making our stay even more pleasant. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice spread, and the only thing missing was a kids' play area, which would have made the stay even better for families.

⸻ Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Misleading Promises I had booked a room with a view and even confirmed it over a call with the hotel before arrival. Despite their clear promise, I was not given the room I had reserved. When I asked about it, the staff casually mentioned it was unavailable due to a wedding event. They assured me the room would be changed the next day, but the following day (which happened to be my last), they refused again saying there’s no point in shifting now. The room I was given was dated, and the mattress was of poor quality—definitely not recommended if you have back issues. Overall, the comfort level was very low. Breakfast was also quite unorganised, with very little attention to guest needs or hygiene. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially if you value honesty, comfort, or have specific room needs. There are better options available in the same price range.
