Superior rooms on the city side come with a nice balcony, the rooms get slightly smaller as a result though. Because of this layout there was more light leaked through curtains in the morning. Staff at the restaurants was great. Great in terms of location to explore the city!

Fantastic location, right by central tram station which takes you basically anywhere round gothenburg. Got a free room upgrade which was a nice surprise and all staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty just however its in the main atrium hall which felt a little bit like a fishbowl - lots of bedrooms face inwards into this hall. Would recommend asking for a room looking out into the world instead!

We stayed in a family room. Clean, spacious although the bed were soft and the mattresses did keep moving. Very convenient for getting around or staying in. Very international guest so very welcoming. We stored our suitcases on arrival and went out to explore before checking in. Suited our family. Highly recommend chips from the atrium. Our view was a brick wall when we bother to look out the window.
