We loved our stay here and the trip to Jersey. The staff were wonderful, everyone that we met in the whole hotel. Loved the breakfast team who coped with a busy Liberation Weekend packed hotel. Great Rooms and lovely view of harbour. We came with our friend in a wheelchair and the hotel is fully accessible. We cannot thank the team enough for a lovely break.
Fantastic location and very helpful staff. The layout and facilities are great but the gym was freezing with the AC on super low. The rooms were 4 star but the bathroom was hardly a 3. Very small and our basin got blocked 3 times in 2 days. Overall nice experience and I'd probably come back just because the service and food is good and the location is probably the best in St Helier.
A big modern hotel in the new waterfront area of St Helier. The walk to the city centre is not too long. Very friendly staff and good variety of services including the indoor pool and two saunas. Seaside room was spacious and had a nice view to the bay. Some tear and wear is already visible in the rooms. We enjoyed our stay a lot!
