The hotel is the best in the area, the rooms are very comfortable and nice with the perfect temperature. The bed is huge and so crazy that you don’t wanna leave . I would add slippers and more water for the comfort. The service in the bar is a little bit slow, but my greatest regard is to the main restaurant and the chef as he prepared for us the catering order absolutely fast and tasty. Thank you for all the stuff as they do great job and always accommodate the guests needs.
Breakfast is ok. Lunch and dinner food sucks. And they don't allow you to take any food inside the hotel. They wouldn't let me get the offered drinks in the lobby talking about it's only for newcomers. With the heat in Bamako, you wanna drink something fresh as soon as you get back to the hotel, but they wouldn't let me even though I had a room there. But the rooms are nice and the hotel is very secured.
The hotel and rooms are nice, updated, and very well kept. The beds are soft and comfortable. But the food (in all restaurants and room service) is very subpar, disappointing, and extremely overpriced. Options are limited and very few items are made well. Even the nibbles in the Club Lounge are mostly inedible Additionally, the hotel does not allow outside food to be brought into the hotel, so you are forced to eat their bad food. I have stayed in Radisson hotels all over the world and this hotel definitely has the worst food. Hopefully the hotel will one day do better with their cuisine.
