Radisson Hotel Chateau de Bangkok

This place is like my house , i stay here many times , the best in this hotel is the People work there they are 5 stars , they help you with everything, the manager lady with glass she is so nice , the guy who drive tuk tuk nice guy help you with everything, personal clean good . i like the rooms because is big and confortable i recomended this place 100%

Lovely big rooms with a balcony view, big comfortable bed, separate bathroom, couch, desk, AC and refrigerator. Desk staff went out of their way to help. All staff were friendly n kind. A great, budget-friendly place to stay n very central. They even have a free tuk tuk service to the nearest station several times a day!

I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel, and it completely ruined my day. The woman working at the front desk, an older lady, was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She didn’t greet me properly or confirm my reservation in a courteous manner. Instead, she spoke to me in a condescending tone, as if I wasn’t a paying customer. She also asked me invasive personal questions in an offensive tone and even complained about other customers right in front of me. I was polite and respectful throughout the interaction, but her attitude was completely unacceptable and left me feeling very unwelcome. As for the room, it was quite old, but considering the price, it was okay. The housekeeper did a fantastic job keeping the room clean and tidy, and the porter was very nice and hardworking, which I truly appreciated. That said, I’ve stayed in other budget hotels with far better customer service and room quality. There’s really no excuse for the lack of professionalism here. Unfortunately, the poor service at the front desk overshadowed everything else. I will not be staying here again, and I recommend others look elsewhere for a better experience.
