Radisson Hotel Muscat Panorama

We had another wonderful experience at Radisson Panorama Muscat! A special thanks to Dana at the front desk, who truly understood our situation when we landed early in the morning, exhausted from our travels. She was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had a comfortable room ready and even offered an extra bed for our children without hesitation. This kind of warm hospitality is exactly why it’s become a tradition for our family to stay at Radisson every time we return from a holiday. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff always respond promptly to any requests. We always feel welcome and well taken care of here.

Room service was amazing the gentleman was attentive and detailed in cleaning the room, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit, complimentary upgrade of our room. The breakfast was included in our stay, Victor was a charm and great gentleman, asking us if we needed anything at our table and making sure everyone in the dining area was looked after. We were a group of 11 people including kids. The kids loved Victor Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so beautiful and remarkable.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the housekeeping team! The room was always spotless, fresh, and well-organized. Every detail was taken care of with great attention.
