World class service experienced at this hotel. Beautiful hotel, clean hotel, excellent service from all stuff members of this hotel from the door man, receptionists, waiters, Room cleaning.. The food was delicious and fresh.. Great assistance in terms of accommodating English speaking individuals.. Thank you for for an excellent time spent at your hotel.. I will certainly be back in the near future.
Room was good in terms of facilities, with a kitchenette, sofa and comfy bed. But for a "5 Star" hotel, the room seemed poor quality with uncomfortable furniture and thin windows and walls. Service was quite poor and staff not being particularly helpful. Furthermore, breakfast was over 40 minutes late. All in all, certainly not a terrible hotel, but definitely not 5 Star.
Not so friendly front desk personnel, many mistakes in the room assignment, not so accurate in the checkout account elaboration. Too messy and uncomfortable check-in. Accommodations are good enough but not a five stars at all. It seems. To be clean but somehow... have a bad feeling on that looking to the guys in charge of the cleaning. They are not well presented and they have no cleaning products on his hands at all.
