Wonderful, clean hotel with beautiful volcano and lake views. We had a lake view room. We enjoyed the included breakfast, watching sail boats and rowers each morning. Free parking was nice. The pool was nothing special, but we spent all day outside. This hotel has great walkability. There are so many shops and restaurants as well as a nice 2km lake walk right from the hotel.
Amazing view from our second floor room facing the volcano and amazing views from breakfast with a good selection. Great walkability around town and staff was friendly and helpful. The pool left much to be desired and we did not use it. Poor atmosphere. Some other parts of the hotel were a bit dated, but that didn’t bother us at all.
I was very disappointed as I thought this would be a better hotel than it was. Ordered a burger from the restaurant and all i got was a small meat pattie - not even a burger bun! See the restaurant next foor which had amazing food!!!!! However, the view from the dining room is stunning of the lake and the volcano in the distance.
