Radisson Hotel Winnipeg Downtown

We were here as a huge group over 50 people for an educational experience. We were served wonderful buffet food three times. The service was exceptional.I would like to mention. Errol was a wonderful customer service representative with us! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and great to deal with easy to check in! The cleaning staff went over and above For us and our rooms were lovely! We had to change our venue at the last minute and this hotel was very accommodating within walking distance of the forks is wonderful and close to many great restaurants and great architecture!

I had to chance to access the fitness facility of this venue as compliments from Holiday Inn that was under renovation. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. The fitness facility is good enough. Some older machines and I would have preferred a more robust cable machine to complete a good workout, but this was adequate enough for a few days stays in the city.

Stayed for over a week and utilized cover parkade. Had vehicle broken in to at 6am via FOB replicator and two masked men disassemble vehicle for over an hour with no response from security. 500$ deductible of insurance declined to be covered by hotel authority. Unfortunately have to provide a negative review as recourse for these events. Would view experience more positively should hotel cover deductible of theft, given failure to provide a safe environment or reasonable response from security for blatantly suspicious activity over a significant period of time. At present time cannot recommend use of hotel and parkade due to safety concerns not being met, and absence of financial responsibility from hotel.
