The property was so clean and wonderful. The services was excellent like front desk, dining, housekeeping. The staff was so much good like Nida didi, Afreena didi, Shamida didi, Amir bhai, Tauseef bhai, Abid bhai, Majid bhai, Aquib bhai, Javed bhai, Ishfaq bhai, khursheed bhai they are like my brother and sister. I will recommend it to everyone. And I will request everyone to visit kashmir it is heaven on earth lin the local jannat-e-kashmir.
A good hotel with good amenities. Food was reasonable, but if you arrive little late, around 10 PM, what you get is cold food and scrapings. Staff in the dining hall is arrogant. Besides this, everyone is looking at you eagerly, rather questioningly, for tips. Tip is expected for even small things.
It is a very old hotel property only the owner replaced the name from Radission hotels, Srinagar But Their room service is poor. The dishes that they are serving in breakfast are preserved. There bathroom accessories are not of good quality the shampoos, conditioners, body wash that they are using only the fragrance are not of good quality they harm my body the conditioners and shampoos harm my hairs. Cleanliness is not properly maintained. It’s very costly staff behaviour is not good with customers
