Had a perfect stay! Room was very good, a lot of space and even an espresso machine included. The hottub is open until 8pm, pretty big one. The housekeeping was also very good, all in all highly recommended. Price was very fair and one of the best stays we have been so far
We stayed at the rainforest retreat for 2 nights, had a lovely room and staff were just so lovely on arrival, providing some suggestions for local things to do etc. I left some things behind when we left and Gavin and the team were so helpful in organizing for it to be shipped back to me, sending me all the necessary information and websites for couriers and supportive in getting it organized to be sent on their end. Lovely location in beautiful grounds, easy access to town. Only addition would be a heater for the bathroom as it was quite cold compared to the room, everything else is excellent.thabks so much team for a great experience.
We have stayed at The Rainforest Retreat several times & love that they also accommodate our dog. We stayed in a cabin in the Ghecko Village. Beautiful setting & love the spa pool. Staff are lovely & really helpful. The Monsoon Restaurant is also very good.
