Ramada by Wyndham Bahrain

I stayed at this hotel for about 10 days for a business trip. This hotel has a refined atmosphere with old-world charm. Their service is exceptional, the staff assisted me with an early check in. Greeted always with a smile on their face and always looking to help you out. The hotel property is ageing like a fine wine and the service level reminds you of those classy 5 star hotels from the 80s and 90s. The staff is always attentive to your needs. The bed is comfortable, all essentials are always available and if not then you ask the staff and they will bring it to you within a few minutes. They will keep you fully stocked with coffee, tea and water. Their food is really good with 24/7 availability of both room service and dine in. The view of the Gudaibiya Palace from my window was beautiful. I am very thankful to the hotel management and staff. Needless to say that I will always stay here during my visit to Bahrain.

Had a look round The Ramada today before a potential booking. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff who are extremely welcoming and polite. Rooms looked GREAT, as do the facilities. Will definitely be going ahead with the booking.

Positives: good location, friendly staff, clean, good swimming pool. Negatives: slow check in and check out, slow internet connection, limited car parking, old furniture (needs upgrade), no sauna and jacuzzi. I stayed at this hotel because they offered lower rate than other 4-star hotels in the same area, in addition to free cancellation and free breakfast. Recommendation: I am neutral about this place.
