I had my Haldi, Engagement and Reception in the hotel, had over 80 guests staying for over 4 days and received great services from Mr Sunil, Mr Reji and Mr Vikrant and remaining hotel staff as well. All my family were happy with the Rooms,Food in the events were excellent and would highly recommend the hotel. I also received good discount from the hotel.

We hosted our pre-wedding rituals including Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet and Sehra Bandi in Ramada and the overall experience was just amazing. The entire team ensured all events flow seamlessly without any hurdles and they actually stood up to set a very high bar of hospitality for us and our guests. The food was great as well and made in a way that we wanted for our guests to feel just like at home. Mr Sunil and Mr. Reji were readily available all the time to assist as needed and provided all the required supervision during event. I booked 10 rooms in this property thru Agoda but they denied to accept the booking that there is no inventory and told me to check with Agoda . How come your rooms were showing available on Agoda as well as on your own site on that same day. I know this is a cheap tactic to hold rooms inventory for marriage season and then selling the same at higher prices later on . Moreover the Mr. Gyan from reservation team doesnt have the basic manner and told me that you can search any other property and also threatened me to visit the property and told me that we can cancel your booking without any prio information . I booked as i heard it got recently opened and rooms are available but i was not aware that this cheap tactic will be played by Mr. Gyan and he should have shown basic hospitality while talking with me. Its been 6 hours since i am waiting for the call from there senior management.
