Rooms are impeccable, beds are really comfortable, pillows are good but could be better. AC is available if needed. The toilet room is very small, and it has a glass door with no lock, so there's room for improvement there. However, the shower room is spacious and well-designed, although it also has a glass door without a lock, offering zero privacy. If this doesn’t bother you, the rooms are a 10/10. Service was disappointing. The front desk personnel were very rude and unhelpful. There were no towels in our room, so we had to ask for them, as well as for the Wi-Fi password, which they delivered reluctantly. However, the restaurant service during breakfast was excellent, with delicious food and great service. As for the location, it's not the worst, but also not the best. I think it's good for the price, considering other hotels offer the same amenities for three or four times the cost, but in a better location. If transportation isn't an issue for you, I would recommend it.

We originally booked a room with a terrace. The room very clearly had water damage and there was a puddle of water beside the bed. Luckily, we were upgraded to a Master Suite which felt like a 2 story condo. Very pleased with the service, but the first room was disappointing and quite frankly, shouldn't have been even considered to give to any guest. The location on this weekend was insanely loud and extremely busy.

This is the only review you kinda wanna read.. look the place is not bad, the staff are great and accommodating. But, the location.. it’s not the best or safest. This is like a 7min ride away from the rich/ safe area of Santa Fe. So, I wouldn’t advise walking around there, especially at night. Albeit, we ubered everywhere and nothing happened so it’s safe from that perspective. If you’re spending time in Santa Fe & looking for an affordable option, this is a good spot. Just can’t walk, gotta Uber. Beds: comfy and big Pillows: waay better than the soft abominations they give you at standard hotels.. these are firm & made for actual human heads. Breakfast: meh, could be better. Standard scrambled eggs, daily fruit & rotating mex dishes. Noise: yeah the establishment next door is banging until 2 am on Saturdays so get ready for no sleep (sat only)… oh and this might be a “love” hotel so you might be hearing some noises from the other rooms Cleanliness: great! They come clean everyday & leave you bottled water. Overall, I would recommend it! Just be aware of where you are!
