We booked here for couple of nights and we were crossing the boarders from uae but got rejected since our car was still under installment , and we sent them the situation and a waiving request by booking but they refused, even though when there is a situation like that most places understand and waive it. But they just replied that we should cancel our booking and took the first night’s money…. I don’t think i’d stay here if ever went , because the communication says it all
Very disappointed in the room and view. For a 4 star hotel, we did not expect such a terrible view right outside our window. We are starting right into another building. People from the building car look right into your bed. Why would you pay so much for such a bad view?
