For the price, it’s good value but a strange experience.. - no running water between 9pm and 8am - ordering anything take a minimum of 45 minutes - staff was dismissive and seemingly annoyed that we were there the entire time

Ramada in St. Kitts can best be described as a pig in a blanket..... Goods: The staff is friendly and the food is really good. Bads: let's start with the room. I spent 4 nights at Ramada the first day I had a strong sewage sent in the room..the manager asked me if I would like to move or would I like them to send someone to house keeping. Now I was already unpacked so I said "If someone can come and clean and get rid of the sent I'll stay". Which the supervisor for housekeeping did come she spent a while in the bathroom and the sent went away. After that I was plagued with the sent on and off for the next 3 days with no solution from management or staff. My shower in the bathroom didn't have proper drainage so water would stay stagnant in the shower. I would have to physically bush the water from the previous shower to the drain b4 my next bath. The water issue, almost every morning when u got up and nights when u would get in from partying dt even think about showering because there would be no running water. One particular morning we stayed without water for several hours. Lastly the internet was crap. Ramada St. Kitts is at the top of my DO NOT GO LIST.

The front desk staff are lacking in hospitality. We were one group of maybe 2 others staying at this resort so it was dead empty. They charged extra per person per night who stays outside of their maximum 4 person occupancy. Which is fine. However they charged the wrong price and instead of honoring their quote, Anika at the front said if we don’t pay, it comes out of the employees pay who messed up, right in front of him. There’s a serious management issue here and they do not accommodate you. The best part was Kimberly who basically runs the show there on the ground. We enjoyed her a lot. She’s the only reason this isn’t getting one star. For the price and what you get, just stay at the Marriot.
