The location on Google Maps is in the wrong place! I've tried submitting an update to Google Maps but it's switched back to the wrong location again. It's nearer to the airport but a lot further from the city center. Rooms were reasonably clean, but on the night that we checked in we found numerous stains on the sheets. The staff were nice enough to bring a replacement though. The counter staff were also very nice, but they wanted to take a picture of my credit card for verification (including CVV) which was a red flag. Housekeeping wasn't done. The gym and sauna facilities are nice, but didn't have water for some reason. Overall, I expected more from a Ramada but the most egregious issue is the wrong location. It's next to a well equipped mall so the location isn't even bad necessarily, just wrong.

Good hotel for one night but couldn't recommend for the long stay 2 Single Beds, Suite Liked · Most of stuff were friendly, fresh interior, spacious rooms, SPA zone (sauna/pool) included to the room price, panoramic windows, comfortable beds, mattresses and pillows. Disliked · Breakfast included to the room price but was awful (quality of food and lack of fresh cheese, ham, scramble eggs etc.). Sink in the room was really small (it's impossible to use it with comfort). On the second week cleaners stopped refreshing water, vacuuming and changing bed sheets (last day they didn't cleaned our room). We have spent 2 weeks in this hotel and about 2 weeks workers changed pedestrian tiles under our window near the entrance that caused noise and dirty. Pool didn't work about 4 days. When I've been to the open meeting room alone after 8.p.m one of receptionist girls kicked me out of there cause it's impossible to be there for guests without booking (but no one told me the rules before it and the room were always open). Lack of laundry price list and bags in the room. Empty mini bar. The location was to far from the city center (had to take a taxi everyday to get to cafes and shops). The most inappropriate were the hotel co-founder who yelled at me were rude and insulted me with different words (in time of my working zoom meeting) when I was alone on the 3rd floor and seated on the sofa with my legs on the coffee table (the hotel administrator took apologies but it was the most terrible experience at the hotel). One more thing – we extended our reservation for one day and the price that was announced by administrator 36k tenge, but in time of check out they tried to charge 45k tenge and only after our argue the administrator charged 36k tenge saying that this was a discount. Wi-Fi connection was terrible.

Went here for lunch and ordered salad, chicken soup and Tom Yum. All items were terribly salty. Not worth the money. Waitress brought dirty plates with food streaks and disappeared after bringing empty cups for tea that never came.
