Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait Downtown

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ramada Encore for a month, and I was thoroughly impressed! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The restaurant staff truly shone with their warm smiles and exceptional service. They were always ready to accommodate my requests and made me feel like royalty. The food was delicious, and the staff's attention to detail was impressive. The reception staff were friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. The housekeeping team kept my room spotless and tidy throughout my stay, and the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. I also appreciated the hotel's amenities, including the well-equipped gym that helped me stay active during my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to relax and unwind. What struck me most was the hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home, and the staff's friendly demeanor made me feel like I was part of the family. I had a wonderful breakfast buffet experience at Ramada Encore. The variety was impressive — from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes like eggs, sausages, and traditional options. Everything was well-prepared and tasty. The dining area was clean and well-organized, and the staff especially Miss Wilmalyn, were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I especially appreciated how they kept the buffet replenished without delay. It was a relaxing and satisfying way to start the day. Definitely worth coming back for!

Ramada Encore might be a 4-star hotel, but the service is 5 stars!! I can't say enough about how much i love this Hotel and it's people. Bikesh - Really friendly IRD Waiter assisted us with heating our food and bringing it up to the room quickly. Sunil - He was in-charge of the night shift reception, He was the nicest person and this hotel is lucky to have him, He truly is the definition of a 5 star service. He was understanding and kind at every request and it was always a yes. Riza - She's the star of the hotel, she shines bright like the sun in the morning.. Her spirit brings joy and fun to this hotel. Thank you Ramada for being an amazing experience, Great view, Clean room, Quick service, safe, Best prices. Minor things that would make the experience better: Chromecast on TV, Window is rusted، Lack of parking.
