My overall experience at the hotel was wonderful, but what truly made it special was the exceptional service provided by the waitress Yasmin. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and a professional attitude that immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She was attentive, efficient, and incredibly polite — always making sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests really stood out. I specifically was impressed with Charmaine from the restaurant at breakfast time. She's so kind and attentive. She's very hospitable and pleasant. She really cares and she's passionate about people and about her job. She made my day. Thank you Charmaine ♡

I would like to start first by thanking the staff, they were very professional and friendly. This is my first time at this hotel and it will always be the only hotel for me every time i visit Bahrain 🇧🇭 because i felt like im in my home. The rooms are all big and suitable for families with great sea views.
