Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Batman

I highly recommend the hotel. My husband and I have been using the spa for quite some time. The pool, bathrooms, and sauna are extremely clean, the staff is kind.

If you want a new, very clean and extremely friendly place to stay in Batman, then please choose the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Batman. Although it isn’t real close to the city center, it is just minutes away from the airport. It has all the amenities including a lovely pool and full restaurant. Everyone was very helpful but especially, Hazal, at the reception desk. I want to give a big shout out to her and a thanks to all the welcoming members of the staff.

I had a 14-day reservation and stayed in room 331, which was a spacious and nice room. I would like to share the issues I encountered not related to the room but in general. The room was spacious, airy, and the air conditioning and shower were perfect. However, aside from the room cleaners, none of the other hotel staff were friendly; on the contrary, they looked at guests as if they were enemies, creating an unnecessarily tense atmosphere. The parking area was very insufficient. In fact, sometimes it was even difficult to pass through the barriers placed at the hotel entrance from the parking lot. I can’t remember how many times I had to pass over those barriers. As for breakfast, sometimes items from the previous day were served. The bread was stale, and items like cucumbers and eggs were sometimes from the previous day or not stored properly (even if you don’t accept this, it’s the case). There are more things to mention, but overall, while I was satisfied with the room, I was not happy with the staff and the service. Generally, it tends to be the opposite.
