The hotel belongs to the group of best hotels I visited in AZ so far. Rooms are comfortable, however some maintenance would be required. Dinner served in nicely traditionally stylish restaurant was good, no problem to return again one day. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best among hotels I visited in AZ. Staff speaks English and Russian, so no problem with communication. Indoors swimming pool is OK. It's clean and empty, so swimming is with comfort. Just water was for serious swimming too warm (~28C).
There was a lady at the reception she gave me a rate of 120 manat once the lady saw my passport n knew am from gulf she was like ohhh I gave you the wrong rate so the rate jumped to 140 manat, checked in on 17 sep 18 and out on 19 sep 18 this was handled by miss rafiqa sultanova. Ramada management this is really unethical. Breakfast is limited and again u can hear noise all night long although I pointed out that the room should be in a quiet zone. Ac and wifi both were not working and I reported this and they fixed only the wifi issue but a/c they simply ignored. This is anything but a 5 star hotel.
The bed is like a wooden box with very few material over. This is fine to call it bones broker. I suppose in Auschwitz was the same. Low water pressure.
