Ramada Resort by Wyndham Port Vila

We had an amazing stay at Ramada in Port Vila. The staff were so incredibly helpful and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Ricky especially gave us suggestions about where was best to visit and looked after us for the entirety of our stay. The beds are comfy and the towels are soft. Lots of extras in the room. Shower was great and we loved having the kitchenette in the room too. Great location, short walk to the nearest shop. 10/10 would recommend :)

I had a great stay at the Ramada in Vanuatu. The room was spacious and clean, with an incredible view of the lagoon. It’s hard to beat waking up to that. The staff were warm and helpful, and the whole place had a calm, relaxed energy that made it easy to unwind. What stood out most was how the hotel feels connected to the local culture. It’s comfortable without feeling generic. I’d definitely stay here again.

Rooms are large and comfortable, but that’s the only positive. Internet is useless, reception staff are rude and unhelpful, and they even tried to charge me twice for a prepaid room. Agreements are changed last minute without notice, water is charged after the first bottle, and the whole place feels like a tourist trap. Definitely not worth it.
