I recently stayed at Ramada Sukhumvit 11 and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and came with a stunning view of the city. What really stood out was the attention to detail. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the amenities – from the plush bedding to the complimentary toiletries – were top-notch. The location was ideal, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. I also took advantage of the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend Ramada Sukhumvit 11 to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly enjoyable hotel experience.

stayed here last year for 3 nights. I had booked the standard room , and it was awful. Small, dingy room overlooking the bar action. WAY too noisy. Geared more towards young backpackers I think. I upgraded to the main tower for the next two nights and it was great. Luxurious comfortable room. Lesson learned.

We stayed here one night on a stopover in Bangkok. The location is great for exploring Sukhumvit, but that's about all this hotel has going for it. On the positive side, the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooftop pool deck is actually pretty nice -- much nicer than the rest of the hotel. The negative is that the hotel is very rundown and in need of maintenance. The AC in our room was strong but it rattled. The windows are thin and noise goes through easily -- we may as well have been sitting down at the restaurant playing live music. Fixtures and facade showed great signs of wear. We got a great rate on our room so I'm not terribly frustrated, but this is not a 4-star hotel as it's marketed. This is 3-stars at best, and not a nice 3-star.
