I had a wonderful stay at Ramee Grand Hotel! The staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile — from the reception to housekeeping and room service. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. The facilities are top-notch: spacious rooms, clean and modern amenities, a great gym, relaxing spa, and a beautiful pool area. The location is also convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays. Will definitely come back!

I stayed at this hotel quite some time ago, during the Christmas season. The room was noticeably more spacious and cleaner than many other hotel rooms I've experienced, with a modern yet characterful design that really stood out. The bathroom was just as large and comfortable as the room itself. Breakfast was quite good, and the service throughout the stay was smooth and professional. And Seef Mall is right next door just short walk away, whice made everything convenient.

If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful stay — look elsewhere. This hotel was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in all my travels. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was the filth. Mold on the carpets, suspicious stains on the pillows and blankets, dirty towels, and even beard hair on the beds. The bathroom? Disgusting — it looked like someone had peed on the walls. I honestly don’t think the rooms (or the pool) have been cleaned in ages. We had to switch rooms three times due to cleanliness and noise issues, and each room came with its own horror story. Calling room service was laughable — assuming they didn’t hang up on us mid-sentence, which happened more than once. Nighttime was even worse. Loud parties, music blasting, people shouting in the room next door well past midnight. We called reception three times in one night asking for help and nothing changed. If this is their idea of “hospitality,” I’d hate to see what they consider poor service. This is not a hotel for families, anyone seeking sleep, or frankly, anyone who cares about hygiene. The only decent thing I can say is that the food was okay, and the front desk staff were tolerable — when they weren’t ignoring noise complaints. Ignore any glowing reviews you’ve read. Unless you’re here to party all night in a dirty room and don’t mind the smell of mildew and mystery stains, do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else. Giving them 2 stars is probably too generous of me.
