I had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at the property. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The staff across all departments were courteous and always ready to assist with a smile. We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, my email request for a small piece of cake went unanswered, but that’s fine since my husband sent it on the same day. Check-in was smooth and fast. However, upon entering the room, we noticed a strong musty smell, and the minibar wasn’t working — although it was replaced promptly after we informed the staff. The food was okay and reasonably priced. Sadly, we woke up at 4 AM to a ticking sound, which turned out to be heavy dripping from the AC. A staff member came and simply placed towels on the floor. Breakfast was fine, but the cleanliness of the cutlery and juice glasses was not up to standard, as they appeared cloudy. The pool was crowded, which is understandable during a holiday, so we decided to return to our room. Overall, it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for — I would rate it 1 out of 5.
