NO FREE WIFI NO FREE BREAKFAST AND GYM HOURS ARE NOT 24/7 RIDICULOUS WANTED TO WORKOUT AROUND MIDNITE BUT TOLD IT WILL OPEN IN MORNING! YES TV WAS NOT WORKING INITIALLY AND ROOM SERVICE TOOK AGES TO ATTEND FOR IT. HORRIBLE STAFF HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND RANSUN APARTMENTS!!!
2 nights stay with family in Dec 24,tv not working room and escalators stinks. The building is leaking everywhere, there's buckets placed in rooms n damp stinky towels alongside buckets. That building requires inspection and immediate renovations. not worth the money you pay!!
Went there before COVID, TV wasn’t working, was told techs working on aerial. Went back about a month ago still TV not working again told techs working on aerial. Also there were buckets placed everywhere because of building leaking even in our room. My son and daughter went there with their 2 toddlers last week, still TV not functioning with same excuse and buckets placed everywhere, building still leaking. Don’t stay at this place, waste of money.
