Our experience at Al Rayan Hotel was absolutely outstanding! The event service was perfectly managed, everything was organized with such care and professionalism. Special thanks to Ms. Linda for her exceptional coordination and support; she ensured every detail was flawless and made our special day truly memorable. The room service was also excellent, with prompt responses and great attention to comfort. Thank you to the entire team for delivering such an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Disappointing 4-Star Experience - Lacking Basic Amenities and Comfort My recent stay was unfortunately quite disappointing, especially for what is advertised as a 4-star establishment. While I had booked a standard room with one double bed, I was instead presented with two single beds pushed together. This arrangement not only felt makeshift but also resulted in a significantly uncomfortable sleeping experience due to the uneven and unyielding mattress. Beyond the misleading bed setup, the most glaring issues were the complete absence of basic amenities. There were no bath towels, hand towels, soap, toothbrushes, or toothpaste provided in the room. This forced me to request these essential items, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming a 4-star rating. Furthermore, the room's furniture appeared quite old and worn, contributing to an overall sense that the hotel is not maintaining its standards. Given these significant shortcomings in both comfort and basic provisions, I cannot recommend this hotel as a true 4-star experience. It falls well short of expectations and needs considerable improvement to live up to its rating.

Unfortunately i had unpleasant time in the hotel due to the following problems: 1. The AC is so hot we thought it would get colder over time because we wanted to stay for few hours and then checkout but it didnt we tried to fix it but its the same problem. 2. The beds were totally uncomfortable . 3. We stayed for 30min and we couldn’t get some rest from all the noises of the cleaning machines. We stayed for half an hour and we didnt get any refund and the other option we had from the reception didnt get into our liking.
