Well, I got upgraded to a suite room which was huge with a working area, dining table, couches plus a bed room with attached bathroom. There was another toilet in the living area. The view was fantastic as it was to the Volga River. Room number was 527. Service at the hotel is really good. The only thing I would change is the carpet at the hotel. The room smelled of the smoke from the carpet. Everything else was great. Also the breakfast didn't have too many fresh vegetarian options. So didn't find that great. But overall a good business hotel to stay at.
There are lots or loud noises for example like someone is hitting something with a hammer, and you can always hear if someone is speaking in the corridor or they are dragging their suitcase, also I ordered service to room, I waited like an hour, but everything else is ok
Overall a good hotel with trying staff. Water supply is awful. Water temp fluctuates from cold to scathing hot within 10 seconds and back. Great upgrade, free ambassador breakfast is plentiful if a bit slow. Very clean room, great service: extended checkout till 8 pm.
