This was the worst stay of my life. First of all, cabs don’t go till hotel door. They drop 200 mtrs away. So when we called hotel to send someone to help with luggage, he denied. We had baby and lots of luggage, told receptionist same but he didn’t care at all about it. So somehow my husband managed and our cab driver was so helpful, he helped my husband with luggage. When we arrived at hotel, still no help was offered to take luggage inside building. Secondly, Room and washroom walls were damaged due to moisture and whole room was stinking. Next day, we had booking inclusive of breakfast. In morning I asked for breakfast and they made us wait for 2 hrs just to bring sandwiches and parathas.At first, they denied to serve breakfast and said we should go to nearby street and buy our breakfast. Then when I fought and told them about logging complain, they checked again and confirmed that breakfast is inclusive and after almost 2 hrs we got breakfast that too after making like 20 angry calls. During checkout, we told receptionist to send someone to help us with taking luggage till cab but he declined very rudely even when he clearly saw we had baby with us. Lastly after giving us the worst stay of our lives, receptionist has the audacity to tell us that we should rate them 5 star to get 100 rs discount/cashback. Such a terrible person and service with no humanity.

The hotel’s room was untidy , bedsheets provided were not clean instead they were torn , the bathroom has no lock from inside , the washbasin was broken , we asked for cold drink the staff denied they don’t have it , we asked for food specially mentioned not to user certian items but they still used it .
