His dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my visit. He ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect and was always available to assist with any inquiries. Additionally, I want to highlight Ema at the club lounge. Her attentiveness and professionalism made my experience even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, and her warm demeanor was a delightful touch. Overall, my stay at Regal Kowloon Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. A Convenient and Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Tsim Sha Tsui We had a great experience at Regal Kowloon Hotel during our recent trip to Hong Kong. The location alone is a major plus—just a short walk from the A21 airport bus stop and close to East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. It made commuting around the city quick and stress-free. The hotel is also within walking distance to shopping spots, restaurants, and iconic sites like the Avenue of Stars. Our room was spacious by Hong Kong standards and came with a large, comfortable bed, soft pillows, and a cozy comforter—perfect after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was well-maintained and fully stocked with toiletries and essentials, which we appreciated. We also loved the daily supply of complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea. A standout during our stay was the excellent service from the Hotel Manager Dennis Dulay. He was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, which added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, Regal Kowloon offers comfort, accessibility, and great service in one of Hong Kong’s most vibrant districts.
