Room is very clean, somewhat comfortable but not exactly homey, Service is nice, Location is okay, its near a bus stop so thats neat. Bathroom is very clean and neat though. If your a traveller make sure to bring adapters as this place doesnt have universal sockets nor does it offer adapters to borrow. Another thing i can say about this place is its actually excellent value for its cost, This hotel is cheap and offers alot more than what your paying for.
This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time, I was impressed by how spacious the room was. This time, I’m even more impressed because the room is even more beautiful. It’s surrounded by large windows, which make the room feel bigger and also help me get dressed more easily. The bathroom is very spacious, and the room itself is also large. I think it’s really great to find a room this spacious in Hong Kong—it gave me enough space to organize my luggage and didn’t make me feel cramped. The only downside is that the air conditioning was quite strong and couldn’t be adjusted, but I was lucky because the housekeeping staff was very kind and brought me an extra blanket, which helped me stay warm through the night. The location is close to great food spots and in a Thai neighborhood, so I was able to enjoy delicious meals at reasonable prices. Getting into the city is very easy—there’s a bus that goes directly into town, and it only takes about four or five stops. There’s no MTR station nearby, but I’ve tried the bus and it was very convenient. Since my trip was unplanned, the room rate was a bit higher, but I think with better planning, this hotel would be a great choice for anyone looking for a spacious room. If you don’t mind taking the bus, I definitely recommend staying here. Just note that there’s no swimming pool, but there is a small fitness room.
Worst reception service I’ve seen, as front desk seemed like bunch of mummies who can’t answer a simple question with a proper facial politeness. Especially with those two. I asked two simple question on two different days, with politeness, you could have just smiled, nod & acknowledge my question and politely decline with kind, instead you made me feel it’s my own torture to stay at your place. It’s ok if you can’t speak English, especially in a place where tourism is needed & welcomed, but a bit of basic manners training could help a bit towards consumer experience.
