Regency Tunis Hotel

Staff is so rude feels like they want to hit clients or something. Room smells. House keeping doesn’t offer any additional towels and give no shower gel we had to use one tiny bottle the whole stay. Just baffles me as to how you can be a 5 star establishment in hospitality and be the opposite of hospitable i.e. super rude.

Not sure if the staff are trained to be rude or just naturally unpleasant, but from reception to the spa, the attitude was awful. Day and night staff were cold, rude, and unprofessional. Spa receptionist was sarcastic when we simply asked for prices. We read bad reviews and unfortunately experienced the same. This place is a joke — avoid at all costs.

First time staying at this hotel. I was very impressed with the service at the front desk, the room is great and hotel is clean. However, the service at the restaurant and the bar is absolutely HORRIBLE. Jamal the bartender is rude and the service is horrible. The same thing for the gentleman working the restaurant at dinner time on June 11 2025. They both need training in customer service. Absolutely horrible.
