Pentru ca am fost nevoit sa dau cancell la rezervarea de pe booking, altfel nu primeam factura, o sa las aici review-ul, si in engleza pentru a intelege toata lumea. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay at this property. I would like to mention that the reservation was made at least two weeks in advance for a 7-night stay, at a relatively high price, which I feel was not justified by the conditions provided. Some of the issues encountered during my stay include: • Dirty bed linens upon arrival • Spider webs (with spiders) under the table, where the legs connect to the tabletop • Broken toilet • Ants and other insects present in the bathroom • The jacuzzi was clearly not cleaned; once turned on, it released a significant amount of dirt and residue from the system • At 8 a.m., I was asked to move my car from the complex’s parking area to make room for construction machinery (a jackhammer and excavator), which significantly disrupted the morning peace — a major inconvenience for those who came on vacation • The swimming pool was empty, despite it being June, not an off-season month. It would have been fair to inform guests in advance and adjust the price accordingly Due to personal issues at home, I had to leave 4 days earlier, which, in retrospect, turned out to be fortunate considering the overall experience. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, as it is meant to help improve the experience for future guests.
