Rehana Sharm Resort Aqua Park & Spa Families & Couples Only

We loved our stay here, the staff are so friendly. We loved all the staff in the restaurants especially the management team in the main restaurant who made us feel welcome. The evening pizza boy was very friendly too, the kids loved him. We also liked Salah the cleaner in block 2, he was very good and also made swans with the towels. You get a mini fridge/freezer, a tv, 2 large bottles of water everyday a safe which you don’t have to pay for. They have a private beach where you can get drinks etc and shower and toilets. You can also get a lift to the beach every few minutes or walk it there using the tunnel which takes about 10 minutes. If the kids don’t like the food in the main restaurant. Don’t worry during the day between 3-5pm another restaurant opens up and they have pizza, burgers, fish and chips, popcorn and ice cream. Definitely recommend this hotel 5*

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a four-star hotel. - Service: Some staff members at the bar, reception, and restaurant were impolite and unprofessional, and the service was inconsistent among guests. - Room cleanliness: The level of cleanliness was very poor and did not match the standards of a four-star hotel. - Organisation: During breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there were not enough plates and cups, leading to long waiting times. Additionally, the cleanliness of the dishes and cups was unacceptable. - Facilities: The furniture and amenities in the hotel were old and worn out, negatively impacting the stay. - Food: The quality was very poor, and there was no variety in the food options. - Swimming pools: The pools were closed irregularly, with different timings every day, which was frustrating for guests. I do not recommend this hotel at all for anyone looking for a comfortable stay and good service in Sharm El Sheikh.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Some of the staff were very rude and displayed discriminatory behavior. The room was old and in need of renovation. The bathroom was in terrible condition and the toilet didn’t function properly. When we arrived, the room was dirty, and the sheets and blankets were unclean. The food was the same every day and lacked flavor. This hotel doesn’t even deserve one star. I hope they seriously improve their service and cleanliness.
