Renaissance Danang Hoi An Resort & Spa

We spent two very happy nights here. As always with Marriott, standards were high across our entire experience. Check in was efficient, friendly and professional. Cheery and Hannah - ‘navigators’ - provided welcome guidance and recommendations, both face to face and via WhatsApp. First evening we grabbed some delicious food in the bar area plus cocktails by the pool. In room dining was efficient and reasonably priced. Breakfast options were wide ranging and very fresh. Swimming pool is really generous size and not too busy. There’s a shuttle bus to the town centre but we tended to use Grab. We also had a fantastic massage treatment at the spa. Rooms were spacious and very well equipped. Beds extremely comfortable. NB great initiative to offer reasonably priced laundry service to encourage sustainable travel. All the staff were met were wonderful. We hope to return soon.

My stay at Renaissance Hoi An Marriott Hotel left a truly special impression. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Duyen, the restaurant manager who took such great care of us. She thoughtfully considered all our requests and arranged our meals exactly as we wanted. Her attention to detail and warm, welcoming attitude made the experience even more memorable. The service quality is outstanding, the menu is delicious and diverse, and the restaurant’s atmosphere is both cozy and elegant. I’m confident that every guest here will feel truly special. If you ever visit Vietnam, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. 🌿✨

We had the most wonderful time at Renaissance Hoi An Villa! 🏝️✨ Our group of 8 stayed in the 4-bedroom villa (2 king + 2 twin rooms), and it was absolutely perfect ,super clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. Breakfast included for all 8 of us. Great value for such a luxurious experience. 🍳 ☕️ Before we arrived, the hotel even emailed us to check if we needed airport pickup ,such thoughtful service. And after check-in, when we wanted to go out for lunch, they arranged their private car 🚗 to send us to a nearby seafood restaurant. It was such a kind gesture and really made us feel cared for. 💖 A buggy brought us to our villa, and our butler Hiep gave us a warm welcome. The villa had a high-ceiling living room facing a crystal-clear private pool with a sea view 🌊. We spent lots of time relaxing there, and the BBQ area by the pool was perfect for evenings together 🍽️🔥. The location is peaceful but super convenient ,just 10–15 minutes to 🏮Hoi An ancient town, and they offer a free hourly shuttle which made everything easy. They also have 3 and 5-bedroom villas, so it’s a great option for families or groups. The service, setting, and overall experience truly exceeded our expectations.✨ If you’re planning a trip to Hoi An with family or friends, I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. We already miss it and would love to go back! 🤗
