Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel

We attended a conference and needed to do some filming in one of the meeting rooms. We were really impressed by how attentive the staff were. When we asked to have the air conditioning turned off for sound reasons, they responded immediately—and even lent us an XLR cable when we realized we’d forgotten ours. A huge thank-you to the brunette woman and older gentleman who helped us. I’m sorry we didn’t get your names, but your excellent customer service was really appreciated!

Spent a night here to catch an early morning flight. The hotel staff was amazing and the room was absolutely beautiful. I had a view of the planes and it was great. The room looked just like the pictures on the Marriott Bonvoy app. You also can’t hear the planes so you can sleep. For prices, sometimes they’re high and sometimes they’re low so keep a watch out for the price if you want a good deal. Everything was in top-notch condition and there is really nothing to complain about.

Front desk staff were friendly = 10 Comfort rating of the beds = 0 Pillow quality = 0 Shampoo/Conditioner/Bodywash = 9 (smell was amazing) Gluten Friendly = 0 (no options at the lounge) Value vs. Price = This hotel or the room we had is way overpriced. Parking = 5. Location is great but is a pain even with multi use pass and I ended up repaying again at the gate as the gate would not open despite me only leaving and returning once. I likely wouldn’t stay again as the beds & pillows were horrible and the lack of any gluten free options. Otherwise it was super quiet and felt extremely safe.
